Gingerbread Cookie dough Recipe

GINGERBREAD COOKIES

 

150g Butter softened

60g Soft Brown Sugar

3 T Golden Syrup

1 ½ tsp Baking Soda

1 ½ tsp Boiling Water

300g Flour

3 tsp Ginger

pinch salt

 

Preheat oven 150 C fan bake. Beat together butter and sugar until light and creamy, dissolve Baking Soda in boiling water and add with the remaining ingredients to butter and sugar. Mix until combined. Roll to desired thickness and use or refridgerate for later use. Bake until just starting to colour. Decorate and ENJOY!
