Preheat oven to 160C fan bake. Set 12 paper cases in a medium muffin
tray.
Beat butter and sugar and orange rind until creamy and pale then beat
in egg one at a time. Sift flour and baking powder together. Stir dry
ingredients and warm orange juice alternately into creamed mixture until smooth
batter is formed. Do not beat.
Divide mixture between paper cases. Bake for 20 minutes or until risen
and cooked through. Cool and ice as desired.
