Shipping & Returns
Shipping:
We aim to send your items within three days of receiving
payment. We will email to let you know when we sent your order and by which freight method and estimated time it should arrive. If
you have not received your parcel within one week from this time please email us and
we will endeavor to track your parcel with the courier or post office.
Pick up:
We are happy for you to come and pick up your order but you will need to call to arrange a good time for picking up.
Returns:
If your items are damaged in transit, please email or phone us
immediately. Please be aware that to place a claim with both courier
and post office you must retain all packaging, to prove your parcel was
adequately packed.
We cannot
exchange goods if you change your mind, as they are for use with food.
However if we have sent the wrong items in error, Please let us know and we will fix it immediately.
